Marketing Coordinator – Application Form

Working with the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will execute brand presence on social, web, in real life, cross company collaborations and community involvement.

  • Develop and execute quarterly campaigns to promote particular pain points of customers and how our brand solves them
  • Create and run ads on social media and other digital platforms to promote launches or ongoing business in already existing communities
  • Write, edit, and design high-quality content and copy for press releases, white papers, sales presentations, templates, landing pages, newsletters, and emails
  • Research industry-related topics to understand our audience, what they want and need, and how to get their attention
  • Conduct keyword research using SEM and other technologies
  • Identify and fill in gaps of current marketing collateral
  • Develop topic outlines and themes for social media and public relations
  • Working with web developer, delegating optimization of existing web content (fix broken links, combine posts, conduct SEO checks, upload new content etc.)
  • Drive daily social media presence with focus on growth and engagement through development of quarterly social media content calendar
  • Launch digital marketing campaigns and develop creative for A/B testing campaigns
  • Build out creative briefs and requirements for each campaign in service to all digital marketing channels



  • Strong knowledge of social media techniques and tools
  • Minimum 24 months of active, hands on social media marketing across social platforms
  • Design abilities within Canva, Open Office, Adobe Creative Suite or any other design platform
  • Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and graphical) with strong vocabulary and ability to distill complex ideas into simple statements
  • Experience in creating shareable video clips for social media with Premiere and After Effects considered a strong asset
